After-Sales & Return Policy

For Whole Box purchases, if you receive duplicate styles or a damaged blind box, please contact our customer service for a free replacement. Make sure all packaging remains intact and record a complete unboxing video.
For Single or Partial Box orders (1, 2, 3, or 4 boxes), damaged blind boxes can also be replaced following the same process. Duplicate items in these partial orders are non-exchangeable due to the random nature of blind boxes.
Contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the order and provide the required video proof for assistance. Requests made after 30 days or without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.
Unboxing videos must clearly show all six sides of the parcel, the full opening process, the boxes/bags, and the product details or defects.

At Calembou, we process orders Monday to Friday, with most orders shipped within 3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs procedures. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.

If an item is out of stock, we may ship available items separately or wait for restocking. We’ll keep you updated on any delays.

Refund Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. For returns, please provide your order number and reason for return. Damaged or incorrect items can be returned for a full refund or replacement with photo or video proof.

For change of mind returns, the customer covers shipping, and refunds exclude the original shipping cost. Refunds are processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.

For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. Please reach out for any assistance.

As Described Confirmed Box

I don't usually leave reviews but I was looking at another doll I was interested in that was poorly reviewed in my opinion for the wrong reasons. These are all confirmed blind boxes which means you get the character you pick and can buy others later without any repeats. They are also about the same price as a regular blind box which means they do not charge extra for any specific character like other places do.The only issue I ran into with these dolls were a few minor manufacturing errors that were not hard to fix myself. For example the light blue doll had a sock that unraveled at the seam a bit and the green one's star was sown to the back of the outfit and had to be resowed back on. I absolutely love the design on these dolls and will get others when my funds allow it.

White Lined Clothing! Detailed Sculpt

The inner parts of this doll's red dress are lined with white fabric that protects her from staining. This is a super cool feature that one rarely sees in the clothing of dolls in this size and price range. The white fabric lining is not 100% perfect, since some red threads still probably comes in contact with the doll's body, but they easily protect something like 97% of the doll's torso under the dress.I had the doll in the dress for over a week, and when I removed them the body was perfectly fine. It feels like the dress, despite that it's a colorful red in a lot of places, can be left on the doll's body for a long time.The doll's body proportions are more realistic and very pleasing to the eye - not the overly leggy proportion that one sometimes see in similar dolls. A lot of cute details too - for example, the feet are sculpted to look fairly realistic and she even has little sculpted toenails. The face is also great.She does a fine job holding a pose. Her clothes does not get in the way of her posing too much, and her short hair provides her with good balance. When in her shoes, she also does a good job standing on her own. Everything about her feels like the manufacturer did their best to make something that will last a long time, to be treasured and played with, and not something that's cheaply made to save costs. As with all BJDs in this size range, it takes a tiny plier to change the hands and feet effectively. Without the proper tool, it's a bit of a hassle.Overall this is a great little doll, and the fact that you know exactly what you are getting is also a huge plus.
