Random Blind Box: The default blind box format. The character is unknown before opening, and items are shipped randomly.
Whole Box (Case Pack): A full box purchase is expected to contain no duplicates of the standard characters. If a hidden (secret) character appears, it will replace one of the standard characters. If you receive a duplicate character in a full set, please contact customer service for an exchange.
Confirmed Style (Opened Box): The outer packaging box has been opened only for character identification. The inner sealed bag and identity card remain intact and unopened. This item is pre-identified, so you will receive the exact character shown.
Confirmed Style items are not sealed blind boxes. Due to the opened-box nature, no returns or exchanges are accepted unless there is a serious quality issue with the product itself.
Minor imperfections on the outer box caused by shipping or inspection are not considered defects.

Blind Box & Packaging Options

Contents are random and unknown until opened. Specific styles cannot be chosen.
Options like Random One, Random Two, Random Three, or Random Four are shipped randomly and may include duplicates. To receive a full non-repeating set, please purchase the Whole Box option.
Some products offer “With Box” or “No Box” options — this refers only to whether the outer packaging box is included; the product itself remains the same.

Plush & BJD/MJD Dolls

Many plush and dress-up doll items are handmade. Minor variations in stitching, color, facial details, or packaging are normal and not considered defects.
Dark fabrics may stain the doll’s body — please avoid prolonged wear.
Color may slightly vary due to lighting or monitor settings. Props in photos or videos are for display only.
All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly (±1–3 cm / ±0.4–1.2 in).

After-Sales & Return Policy

For Whole Box purchases, if you receive duplicate styles or a damaged blind box, please contact our customer service for a free replacement. Make sure all packaging remains intact and record a complete unboxing video.
For Single or Partial Box orders (1, 2, 3, or 4 boxes), damaged blind boxes can also be replaced following the same process. Duplicate items in these partial orders are non-exchangeable due to the random nature of blind boxes.
Contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the order and provide the required video proof for assistance. Requests made after 30 days or without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.
Unboxing videos must clearly show all six sides of the parcel, the full opening process, the boxes/bags, and the product details or defects.

At Calembou, we process orders Monday to Friday, with most orders shipped within 3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs procedures. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.

If an item is out of stock, we may ship available items separately or wait for restocking. We’ll keep you updated on any delays.

Refund Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. For returns, please provide your order number and reason for return. Damaged or incorrect items can be returned for a full refund or replacement with photo or video proof.

For change of mind returns, the customer covers shipping, and refunds exclude the original shipping cost. Refunds are processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.

For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. Please reach out for any assistance.

After reviewing your order, we can confirm that it was placed on April 28th and shipped the same day. Tracking information was also sent to the email address provided with the order, though sometimes these emails may appear in spam or junk folders.

Cool figure.

Very good for your first BJD.

For the price, these are the best quality dolls around. There are some issues with clothes, but compared to a lot of what is out there these are fantastic. A great entry point into BJD.

One doll broke

I do have to put this lower, I love the dolls so much but when I opened Sloth. I was dressing her and her leg fell off. I wasn't rough, the dolls are amazing and detailed but that was defintly a downer
