Blind Box & Packaging Options

1. Contents are random and unknown until opened. Specific styles cannot be chosen.
2. Options like Random One, Random Two, Random Three, or Random Four are shipped randomly and may include duplicates. To receive a full non-repeating set, please purchase the Whole Box option.
3. Some products offer “With Box” or “No Box” options — this refers only to whether the outer packaging box is included; the product itself remains the same.

Plush & BJD/MJD Dolls

1. Many plush and dress-up doll items are handmade. Minor variations in stitching, color, facial details, or packaging are normal and not considered defects.
2. Dark fabrics may stain the doll’s body — please avoid prolonged wear.
3. Color may slightly vary due to lighting or monitor settings. Props in photos or videos are for display only.
4. All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly (±1–3 cm / ±0.4–1.2 in).

Safety Notice

1. This product contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard. Do not swallow.
2. Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
3. Recommended for ages 15 and above; minors aged 8+ should purchase under adult supervision.

Pre-order Items

1. Some items are available for pre-order or restock. Please check the product page for estimated shipping dates.
2. Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are in stock unless otherwise stated.

After-Sales & Return Policy

1. For Whole Box purchases, if you receive duplicate styles or a damaged blind box, please contact our customer service for a free replacement. Make sure all packaging remains intact and record a complete unboxing video.
2. For Single or Partial Box orders (1, 2, 3, or 4 boxes), damaged blind boxes can also be replaced following the same process. Duplicate items in these partial orders are non-exchangeable due to the random nature of blind boxes.
3. Contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the order and provide the required video proof for assistance. Requests made after 30 days or without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.
4. Unboxing videos must clearly show all six sides of the parcel, the full opening process, the boxes/bags, and the product details or defects.

Shipping Policy

At Calembou, we process orders Monday to Friday, with most orders shipped within 3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs procedures. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.

If an item is out of stock, we may ship available items separately or wait for restocking. We’ll keep you updated on any delays.

Refund Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. For returns, please provide your order number and reason for return. Damaged or incorrect items can be returned for a full refund or replacement with photo or video proof.

For change of mind returns, the customer covers shipping, and refunds exclude the original shipping cost. Refunds are processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.

For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. Please reach out for any assistance.
